Ocean Ink, a chef driven team out of Charleston SC, lands a Tampa hot spot for fresh, local seafood. Dock to Table ingredients with innovative presentations shine at this Indoor-Outdoor city spin on a Raw Bar. Located on the corner of 7th Avenue and N 17th Street in the historic Ybor City, perfect for a group specializing in historic building renovations, edgy emotional concepts, and locally inspired quality menus. Spawned from restaurants garnering diners choice awards 15 years running, sister to #31 on Souths Best list, Ocean Ink is sure to take Tampa by storm, making its own splash in 2025.
Stars on the menu will be the local Calusa Oyster, shrimp from Key West (Versaggi Family), as “Pinks" are the premier shrimp in the country. Rounding out the menu, a wide variety of seafood and creative plates like Seafood Boil, Grouper, Lobster Gnocchi, and ceviches around.
The purpose has always been to create an exciting environment, fitting of its community, and going above and beyond in food and guest appreciation. While food is very important, most important to our success has been the people behind the scenes from finding these great ingredients to making each patron feel welcome. Every venue is designed with “approachability” in mind, everyone welcome no matter how refined the ingredient. Great food, great fun has been our passion and purpose for three decades, all beginning in Palm Harbor Florida back in 1992.
